Review
VideoLive Mail is a program that will allow you to create and send video e-mails. With this program, your microphone and a webcam, you can record videos with sound that the program will then send by e-mail, after compressing them using Windows Media Format. This way, the videos will occupy little space, and will be easily opened using any computer running on Microsoft Windows.
The program will instantly detect your webcam and microphone configuration, and will show the image that the camera is grabbing. You can prepare either voice-only e-mails, or video-and-voice e-mails. Besides, you can take snapshots, which can be saved and sent by e-mail, too.
With the recording wizard, you will record your messages in no time. After finishing, the program will use the configured e-mail account to send the resulting .WMF file as an attachment of an e-mail message.
This program is intended to be used with Windows 98 SE, ME or 2000, but can also be used under Windows Vista or Seven, setting the installer to run using Windows 98 compatibility as an Administrator. VideoLive Mail’s evaluation version will work for thirty days. |
